Frozen Lake Marathon Pangong Tso

The Pangong Frozen Lake Marathon, held at Frozen Pangong Lake in Ladakh, has earned a Guinness World Record as the World's Highest Frozen Lake Half Marathon. Organized by LAHDC Leh and Adventure Sports Foundation of Ladakh (ASFL), the 21.9 km half marathon saw 75 runners from around the world participate, starting from Lukung village and ending at Maan village. This remarkable achievement showcases Ladakh's unique landscape and promotes adventure sports in the region, cementing its position as a premier destination for thrill-seekers and athletes alike.
