According to historical records, Mughal Emperor Jahangir visited this enchanting spot 13 times during his travels between Lahore and Kashmir. He was so captivated by the waterfall's beauty that he named it Noorichamb, after his beloved wife, Noor Jahan. Over time, the name evolved from Noor Chamb to Noori Chamb.
